Hello my name is Chip
 
I welcome the opportunity to be your coach for the Nice Turns Program. To me there is nothing more exciting than to work with a group of skiers that are excited to have fun and at the same time learn the most efficient methods of skiing and to understand the best use of the ever changing modern equipment.
 
 My personal challenge was to learn to ski anywhere anytime. The way I enjoy coaching the most is to provide a safe, fun, and "maybe learn something"  attitude.
 
 My skills that I bring to the table are many, many years of coaching. My certifications are as follows: Level 111 Alpine Skiing, Level 1 Nordic Track and Skate, Snowboard, Adaptive Cognitive/Bi Ski/Mono Ski /Visually Challenged, ACE and Senior specialist.
 
 Having the cross training of multiple disciplines gives me broad abilities in movement analysis to jointly develop lesson plans to practice the most efficient movement patterns. Having worked in all of these disciplines has sharpened my teaching skills to enable me to relate to most everyone's learning styles.
 
 That being said all that I ask you to bring to the table is a positive attitude. Allowing us to have a wonderful winter of skiing together
