My name is Jeff Rouleau and I have been skiing for 38 years, beginning in New England where I grew up. In my other life I am a self employed accountant as well as a fly fishing guide, and beginning fly fishing class instructor at NIC.
 
I moved to the Sandpoint area in 1993 and have been working at Schweitzer since that time. I have 10 years of ski instruction experience and 4 years as a ski patroller in NH. I am PSIA level II certified and am continuing to work at improving my teaching and skiing skills. I enjoy teaching both children and adults. I have taught in the Funatics program for 4 years amd for Nice Turns last year.
 
I get a great deal of satisfaction from being an instructor. I really enjoy helping people with their skiing and making new friends. My goal as an instructor is to create a Safe and Fun environment while teaching efficient skiing skills to help my students gain a better mountain experience. I have skied all over North America and in Europe. I love to ski off piste, moguls, powder and have participated in some of the racing programs at Schweitzer.
 
I am looking forward to this ski season and the Nice Turns program.
