Short radius turns on Ridge Run. Nice flow and rhythm. Good lead with left inside leg into new turn creating equal edge angles. Try to lead also with right inside leg.....notice the A-framing and wedging with right leg in your turn to the right. Also try to decrease the lead change, bringing both feet more under your body to help get your body forward.

More short/medium radius turns on JR. Good speed control with nice turn completion. Remember that the pole swing and plant will help create the flow of your body and skis down the hill while helping to create proper body angulation. Especially important in the steeps where inclination of the body into the hill can be a problem, causing you to shift weight to the uphill ski and back.
